It's amazing how many people live in dafault mode and leave important life factors to chance. I want for you to design the life you want, and choose, not chance, where you fly and where you land.

Coaching
I do business and personal coaching because they both impact together at some level in our lives anyway. We have a habit of talking about our business life and our personal life, which I believe is a fragmented way of thinking of ourselves. Instead, why not consider life as a whole and the overlapping of business, family, friends, community, faith and other parts that make up the whole?

It takes a while to identify, build and initiate structures for your success. I recommend an initial period of coaching for six months in order to allow time to more fully support the process. Coaching is via phone for three 30-minute sessions per month. Custom options can be considered depending on what you want or how you feel you work best.

All of my programs include unlimited e-mail support and impromptu "check-in" calls. You can download my Welcome Pak as a PDF file here. It gives a good deal of information on what I offer and also some work sheets to get started. You can also email me for a copy of the startup docs in Word. I can conveniently accept payment via VISA, Master Card or check.

Assessments and Profiles
I offer a number of assessments to provide personal insights and to help clarify goals, career path, relationships, communication, job fit, and various aspects of what many would call personality. If you want to use the assessments on a regular basis for your business, we can discuss a special account for your convenience and how you can become certified.

This includes:

  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI)-indicates your attitude in approaching your environment and how you process information
  • DISC -indicates behavioral style, communication issues, and strengths and growth edges connected with them
  • TTI Success Insights Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values™ (PIAV) -indicates your primary drivers and preferences critical to your success and happiness
  • Personal Talent Skills Inventory (PTSI)™ -indicates what you will or won't do, very helpful in matching you with the right job and indicating growth edges to develop
  • Sales Strategy Index™ (SSI) -indicates skill level in various aspects of selling
  • TriMetrix™ -for profiling a job/position and then hiring and keeping the right person to fit the right job; done correctly, it generally reduces turnover by at least 50%

Note that some of these can be specialized for such things as setting a career path or taking a look at how two people match up in their relationship. Pricing varies with the instrument(s).

Programs
We can also discuss a number of programs for business development, mentoring, and organizing and un-cluttering your life. These can be folded into a coaching program at no extra charge and include building your personal foundation, improving your attraction factor, starting and/or building your business, needing less, and more.
