Unless required by law, information collected on this web site is not shared beyond the Mack Arrington organization. This organization can include coaching associates and mentors who maintain confidentiality.

You have the option to add yourself to various email and publication lists produced by Mack Arrington. To send you this informaiton, only your email address is collected and you can contact us via email to unsubscribe yourself at any time.

There is also a survey with contact information on the You.htm page.

Standard statistics for all visitors to the web site are kept, such as which pages are visited most and least. No individual visitor can be identified in this process.

Sharing Your Information

Except as disclosed in this Privacy Statement, we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise retransmit any Personally Identifiable Information we collect online unless we have your permission.

From time to time, we may be required to provide Personally Identifiable Information in response to court order, subpoena, or government investigation.
