From Your Island of Troubles to Your Isle of Paradise

Old habits are hard to change, new ones are hard to maintain. Often in life, the talents and abilities that get you to one level are the same talents and abilities that keep you from the next level. Forming a new habit might take up to 30 days, but it takes 6-18 months for that habit so that it becomes automatic when you are tired, pressured or in an emergency. Coaching supports your development in your own way and in your own timing. People who have success coaches tend to go farther, faster because the success coach expands their thinking, provides support for change and is dedicated to their unbiased success.

In getting from your Island of Troubles to your Isle of Paradise, I have a boat. Some of us live on Trouble Island. We need more time, more money, more balance, have a leadership or personal challenge, or need to fix something (or someone). On Trouble Island, you get hit by the falling coconut, the monkey steals all your bananas, and your rescue ship gets sunk by its own anchor.
